Vivian Blake's brother murdered



The police are theorising that robbery was the motive behind yesterday's murder of Paul Anthony Bruce, brother of former Shower Posse founder Vivian Blake.


Bruce, 50, a businessman was murdered yesterday after gunmen invaded his upscale home in Smokey Vale, St Andrew.


Police reports are that some time after 10 a.m., armed men forced their way into Bruce's home and opened fire.


Bruce was shot and injured and died on the spot.


His personal chef was also shot and injured.


According to investigators, the gunmen tried to escape with Bruce's BMW X6 motorcar but for some reason only made off with its keys.


Blake arrived back in Jamaica earlier this year after spending more than eight years behind bars in the United States.

Mannings Hill Road runs from Mary Brown Corner, by Oaklands there on Contsnt Spring Road, straight pass Cassava Piece, up on the hill, through the community of Smokey Vale, continues and ends in the hills of Saint Andrew about 1 1/4 miles from Stony Hill.

To Tanya to say the man was a embarrassment to Jamaica after he is was murdered in such a horrific way you are a embarrassment to Jamaica. Don't try to make like he was the worst you have seen. Please get off your high horse and keep it real. People are the same all over and some do what they know to live, and by the way I'm a Yankee who was married to a Jamaican and not for business but because he loved me. And I knew Blacks and found himn to be alright, I know Vivian as well. So please keep your stupid remarks and show some compassion and respect for the family.

It he was the nephew who did it Donovan Duane Bruce. He first said he saw the men coming and called out to Tony in his bedroom he said he ran into the bathroom he changed that to he was hiding under the bed. In a fivew bedroom house how thw gunmen wouldn't check them all??? Think he is the one you took Tony's gun the nephew Donovan Duane Bruce. Why would the man or Dudus have to kill the man. They all eat... The Nephews own Mother said he had something to do with it. This is fact... No matter how many times the man and his brother mouths meet they were still blood. mi an tony hated each other and never got along. i was more close to his brothers. but on the real him mak nuff man rich, nuff man eat food, buy houses, cars and bring and take care of dem family a america.respect to blacks...rest in peace bad boy.....
