No sir that just takes the cake.
The case is now before the courts involving a Japanese man who it is alleged attacked the musician over a tune. He is now being remanded in custody following the musician’s complaint to the police.
Investigation revealed also that the 27-year-old accused foreigner Takuya Nakamura, has overstayed his time in the island, is also charged for possession of ganja and a ‘chillum pipe’, which were found at his residence.
When he next appears in court a translator will be provided to assist him.
According to police report, on October 21, the musician visited the house where Nakamura was staying at Hibiscus Drive, Kingston 8, after he was contacted by the accused. While at the house Nakamura asked the complainant if he got the tune, but the complainant told him that the man, who was to deal with it said he could not split it.
Nackamura reportedly then told the complainant to stop acting the fool. He then attacked the complainant and kicked him in the chest and pushed him down on a bed, that he was sitting on and slapped him in the face.
The complainant tried to defend himself but was kicked repeatedly over his body by the accused.
The complainant was taken to the University Hospital of the West Indies on the following, day after he woke up in pain with his legs swollen.
Now you see why if Jamaicans are doing business with oriental folks they need to first do an intensive ninja course.
