Pray for Others
I see myself and others as spiritually perfect beings.
As I enter into prayer, I release any stress or concern I may have been carrying. I gently let go and relax into a conscious awareness that the Christ presence is active in me and those I love.
A cherished Unity prayer begins: "Child of Light, I bless you! I think of you, I pray for you, not in terms of what I think you need or what I think you should do or be or express. I lift up my thoughts about you. I catch a new vision of you. I see you as a child of light...."
I see myself and others as spiritually perfect beings. Focusing on the highest good, I see us peaceful and abundant. I align my thoughts and feelings with the goodness that is the Christ essence within every person.
