Mavado Talk Up Di Tings
The other night on Onstage Mavado spoke about his relationship with Foota Hype and addressed the allegation that he shot up Foota Hype’s mom house.
“Why Foota nuh talk di truth sey him move outa di area and lef him madda…mi move and tek my family wid mi,” Mavado told Winfred Williams.
He also said he has always treated Foota as a friend, but Foota “badmind”. He said he drove a great distance to do a show for Foota in Miami and by the time Foota leave to do a show in New York he was badmouthing Mavado.
The DJ referred to as the "gully god" said, he had no idea why Foota was doing that. He even said he took back a car he had given to his cousin just so he could give it to Foota Hype to drive.
“Why would I try to do Foota madda anything,when nuff time she send and beg mi fi help, mi always help har out.”
Well, that’s Mavado’s story…we hope Winford will have Foota on his programme Saturday…we would love to hear what he has to say.
