Kartel Insults UTECH Students

UTECH students are really upset about a comment made by Vybz Kartel during his performance at a fete at UWI on Friday, September 4, 2009.


Kartel stated “UWI a di university this of the west indies, yu zimi, dats why wi seh UWI Doh? cause if yu did seh UTECH, dat mean seh you tek b**dy innah yu b**ty”.


The UTECH students are not amused and are demanding an apology from the DJ. Curiosity and uneasiness are some of the expression that have been aroused as the students awaits for the 'GAZA' DJ to do this.

    This man is mad. he has no scruples whatsoever. No respect for women, no love in his heart, no nothing. Kartel seems lost to this world. Please somebody, put a ban on this man's 'career'. He has nothing positive to offer anyone, not even himself.

    Kartel is trying to 'ghettorize' UTECH and UWI, into GAZA and GULLY. Burnt cockroach mouth looking Kartel, keep your ghetto amongst your compatriots.

    The President of both Universities need to intervene, this is unacceptable.
