A policeman is now facing charges because he molested a minor, a principal is in the same hot water because he could not keep his hands off a minor and the international preacher Paul Lewis is now is now facing criminal charges for the same thing.
It forces me to ask – what the hell is happening? Is it that adults are no longer attractive and more and more the minors are appearing appealing to these people who should know better?
The principal’s job is to care for his charges and ensure that they are safe and protected…yet he is the one breaching his job.
The police who have sworn to serve, reassure and protect obviously forgot his role…and now the preacher who is in charge of helping to guide others to the light by his actions have cast a cloud over the gospel.
How many times we have preached protecting for the children, but these cries seem to be falling on deaf ears…please allow the kids to be kids…yes, there are some who are “force ripe” and who may go out of their way to act all grown up…but the onus is on the adult to be responsible and remember that at the end of the day they are still underage.
Be responsible and do the right thing…please.
