That Buggery Bill

The other day I was listening to the news and something caught my ear…they were debating the buggery bill and a particular clause raise my antenna.
“The bill sets out specific circumstances in which grievous sexual assault can be committed to include the penetration of the anus and vagina ‘without consent’”
Now just like Senator Clarke who has a problem with the ‘without consent’ clause so do I. What does that mean, as long as there are consenting homosexuals it is okay?
If I am not mistaken, I remember the PM talking with pride about “not in my cabinet,” on that famous BBC interview…so how he should clean up that particular area and not leave any ‘back door” for the gays to slip in.
Remember there is already a scandal brewing about a particular man working in a particular ministry who is allowing little boys to come into his office ending in one particular worker walking in on him doing stuff with the little boy. That he is not fired is another story…which means the PM and his team are not as soft on it as they claim.
Yes, the pressure is mounting on this little island because we don’t tolerate nastiness..but that’s no reason to appear as if we are softening one bit.
