Take care of your children!
Yesterday while on the way to work, I was listening the news and the report shocked me to the core. You would think that after all the campaign that has been going on regarding child safety we would at least see a dent in the careless deaths of our children.
The news stated that the rate is alarmingly in children under 2 drinking harmful substances such as pesticides and other stuff and ultimately dying.
According to the report the percentage is high and that they are urging parents to be careful so that the numbers can go down.
Now let’s be logical, as a parent, why the hell would you need a report to tell you that you should be careful…isn’t it your duty to protect your child?
Babies will always be curious, they have no sense of reasoning when they come across harmful substances to decipher that they should not put it to their mouths…therefore adults have to be their eyes and everything and ensure that dangerous stuffs are well out of their reach.
Honestly it’s sickening the number of careless deaths that occurring with our children. Some parents are just too lazy or lackadaisical to take the time and properly watch their children. Of course I am not knocking those who tried to dot all the I’s and cross every t where security is concerned and still that ‘unforeseen’ occur. That’s a heartbreak all on its on.
I’m talking about parents who ‘want to brag about the babies’ but can’t be bothered with the day to day drill of watching their kids and properly taking care of them.
Come on, I am dreaming of the day when I can listen the report and hear how the numbers are drastically going down
