Christine Hewitt’s husband in police custody over her death
YardFlex_Christine_Hewitt.jpgAlmost three years after her fiery death, her young husband, David Gordon is back in police custody awaiting questioning in the incident.

David Gordon, now 27, was picked up by the police last week Friday and is scheduled to do a question-and-answer session on Tuesday, after which he will either be formally charged or released. Shortly after Hewitt’s death, Gordon turned himself into the police, was questioned and subsequently released.

In June 2006, Hewitt’s charred remains were discovered in a burnt-out Townace minivan, registered 3451EU, along a lonely rural road at Bamboo District in Riversdale, St Catherine.

This story just breaks my heart...I'm literally in tears now I never met Christine but I always imagine her being a fun person based on her personality in fact I just like the lady without even knowing her..David on the other hand, is a good person when I say good I mean well brought up in church and the whole nine yards I knew his family well because we're from the same environment..and I can say I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about him.
My prayers goes out to Ms. Hewitt's family and the loss of a Jamaican icon..I'm also praying for David and hope that he's truly innocent and have nothing to do with his wife's murder..Only God knows what really happen.

mi know (related) to older woman a yard right now whofa young boy husband try poison har feh get har house and bizniz. She still a stick up feh bastard and beg doctor nuh call the police after she did all a vomit blood. Deh boy poison her personal bottle water inna har fridge and not even drive har go hospital and she still stick and swear by him.

nobody deserve the untimely death that Christine Hewitt received, and only God alone knows what happened ,or how it happened , but ALLEGEDLY she has been involved in a lot of wrong things and wrong people and then she stated on NATIONAL TELEVISION that GOD does not EXISTS, this not hear say , i heard it for myself , she stated she no longer believed in GOD and that she now worshiping some water God. Not judging but persons have to be very careful of whatand who they get themselves involve with,

Thanks for all the people who commented on my sister's death but there are so many misquotes here.She is gone , no need to gloat .I would advise you that since you know so much you should go to the police instead of hiding behind the net to speak your mind.But for all the negative ones who "knows " every wrong thing she did , make your pubic hairs be infested with a million fleas and your hands too short to scratch it.
