this is absurd "Spice and Vybz Kartel who received the award for female and male DJ of the year respectively. Vybz Kartel also won for Song Writer/Lyricist"
spice has one hit the entire year, kartel a one dimensional writer with high concentration on slackness >>> ridiculous
"Reggae winner in the same category went to Noddy Virtue & Jodiann Pantry for "Red Roses".

All DJs have to do is market themselves more all those foolish talk cannot stop Dancehall music, remember music is available to everyone not just on radio they are song that are voiced and big in jamaica and never played on radio.Remember when one door closes another one will open, si I so special will never play on radio again but look where it is today, Kartel,Beenie, Killer and other who creative will find other ways of bringing music across you will see. Remember Copper Shot? (Killer) that was his first hit in US. we will change all radio station to LOVE 102.

I can't believe that Kartel get the dj of the year? what has Kartel contributed to the music industry? nothing or teaching the young people them out there. What are these EME award's people thinking about.I believe that when you are making a peron a role model, which you are? they should at least contributed something positive toward the music,
An kartel hasn't done that?
