Muma Saw’ nominated again and again this year.

ladysaw01.jpgCome February Lady “Muma’ Saw will be busy on the award show circuit, as she has a few nominations pending.

The EME’s – Excellence in Music and Entertainment Awards will take place on February 5th at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. Muma Saw goes up for Female DJ of the Year at that one.

Then just two days later on February 7, dancehall’s first lady will be featured as nominee at the Youth View awards, at the National Indoor Sport Centre. For this one, Lady Saw has been nominated in the category - Favorite Female Dancehall Artist.

Lady Saw is yet on another list of nominees, for the February 26th Hype TV Awards, to be held at the Hype TV Studio.

‘Muma’ is always blazing up dancehall scenes globally, whether through her hot videos and albums or in person. The well deserving ‘multi-nominee’ has the single “Boyfriend” at number 16 on the current Hype TV Single Chart, with its video reaching number 1 on video charts at RE TV, CVM TV and Hype TV

I am sorry, but this woman is way too "mature" to keep on singing about her sexual prowess. I think at this stage in her career when hard work is what has made her successful, she would sing about that and inspire young women who look up to her.

I just don't understand most of these entertainers who keep on singing about the same issues, mostly negative over and over again!

Their audience have grown up and moved on, and yet they remain in the same place.

she either sings about taking somebody's man or how good her *&^% is. I am sure there is more to her than that... maybe she can't read, and hence don't know how to really express herself!!

one more thing Tanya Stephens is a much better song writer than Lady Saw, who will do anything to get a forward, all while leading the young women of jamaica astray!!

me nah tek back me talk

Ummmmm, if you read my email keenly, i said that i am sure she's put in a lot of hard work to reach where she is today, but none of that comes through in her music.

It is time for a change!

been saying this for a while now..
Lady Saw is mi artist but she need to upgrade her artistic artillery to a more mature level.
Her fans are maturing and so should she or she will be laugh at. This same thing rings through for Janet Jackson. They seem to be stuck on their their sexual prowess etc.. that is not too sexy at 40 odd. Why sing about love and relationship and tings of the heart and leggo the inna bed dis and dat..to Barbees, Staycious and Ciara dem..
