By the time Blasse took the microphone last night to greet the huge crowd of dancehall massive out to rock, dagger and full-joy his new smash Tuesday night session in Kencott – the whole place was in a frenzy.
The stars were out in full force with Macka Diamond shining like her name and getting down and dirty with her crew of wicked and wild dancers. Flossing two bottles of Hennessey, Macka was all smiles and looking hotter than ever as she offered those around her shots. Lena British, Sky Juice and Voicemail were among the celebs digging Boasy Tuesdays last night.
Boasy Tuesdays is gaining momentum on the nightly street dance circuit in Kingston, attracting neighbourhood party goers as well as patrons from all corners and walks of life.
Last night was steeped in creativity, unity and pure hot fun, as celebrities passed through to mingle, hang out, bump, grind and wyne.
As one of the most agile and ingenious male dancers in Jamaica today, Blasse’s Tuesday night sessions are usually well attended by dance groups from all around.
M.O.B. – a dance group based in Kencott got the spot rocking with more life as they joined John Hype and all the other dancers in artistic and expressive movements.
Of course the dance groups were not to be outdone by the women in the place, who stood up to their stiff competition. And the proverbial dancehall video panned from ‘hot grinda’ to ‘bad wyna’.
