Not accustomed to being on the right side of the law, R. Kelly was exonerated by a judge this week in a California court, making this court case win number two in just a few months; and fattening the R&B sensation's pockets even more.

$3.4 million dollars is the approximate amount that has been awarded to R. Kelly for unpaid touring fees after a judge was requested to review and confirm the money that he was granted by an arbitrator last month.

Ne-Yo was also recently granted a sum of $700,320 from the same company. His beef was about not being paid after his services as opening act were terminated from the same tour R. Kelly is suing over.
