Fight bruk out as Mavado wooed Irie Jamboree massive
 Irie Jamboree was a blast on August 31 in New York, with headliners like: Elephant Man and Coco Tea blowing up the place in their usual style. Beenie Man rocked, but Mavado tore it up; getting such tumultuous crowd response, that some in the audience got overheated.
Yardflex was surprised at reports of fights breaking out during Mavado’s time on stage, and injuries to some patrons reportedly included a stabbing and broken limb following a stampede of sorts.
Still Mavado did not disappoint and worked at giving fans what they wanted, after questioning them on the same. Did they come to fight or enjoy…did they want to hear him, he wondered aloud.

Hurricane hustling going on big time
Some people with strong business heads have devised a plan to make a dollar by shuttling others back and forth across the Harbour View Bridge. To lead someone across the bridge the cost is J$100 with the price rising to J$200 if you are taken on the “guide’s” back. The price swings up to J$500 to J$1000 if you have any load to carry along.
There is also a supply of fresh water and soap for cleaning up, upon arrival.

any whe di man guh, a mad ting! yow di man is just simply a genius . real star never dissappoint. mi seh it before and mi wi seh it again, killah a di greatest of all time but mi lov ow di man tek a back seat and watch movado a tek it to da world. wi eva keep it straight alliance still and di more dem nuh like killah and company, di more di man dem a rise. sorry fi hear bout di stabbing and stampede still, people fi respond to di dads different dan dat yow.

Please stop lying to the people. Movado act was very boring and wasn't worth the $40,000 he got paid for. I was at the show and he needs to perform better than that. Overall Coco Tea was the life saver for Irie Jamboree. The show was a waste of time!!

dont get me wrong, movado did a good performance but alot of crap was going on while he was performing, it just wasnt a stabbing and a broken limb. a friend of mine got a seizure and alot of people were stealing crap when the stampede broke out. thats not something cool and the promoters ignore all that was going on by saying its just a small thing. irie jamboree is a good show however they need a better security team.

Mi nah lie still, but mavado cyaa perfrom good at stage show even dough him song dem bad still him nuh so good as Elephantman and Beenieman. Nuff respect fi him still but him sound betta pa record.

Mi buy a Stone Love cd with Movado a perform live in a St. Mary a few months back and a doubt if a play the cd more than two times. The DJ sound like a amateur. Whoever do the studio work fi mek him songs them sound so good need fi get nuff big up.
Dancehall need some new talent, Beenie, sizzler, Bounty and Capelton a run things fi the past 10 years because them no have no new artiste with no quality or staying power. The whole them DJ ya just come at a time when dancehall get popular and ina mainstream an a ride the wave. None a dem bwoy ya can't full up a 90 mintue cassette or cd like Josie, Super Cat, General Trees and the rest a man them from them time deh.

MOVADO TIME WAS LIMIT HE ATTEND LIKE THREE DIFFER VENUE IN DA SAME NITE, THAT WHAT HAPPEN WHEN U HAVE ONE PERSON OVER BOOK LIKE THAT, HE EVEN MAKE NEW SONG IN NYC THAT SAME DAY. THE STAMPEDE HAVE ALOT TO DO WITH HIS PERFORMANCE AT JAMBOREEE. LAWD DI PEOPLE DEM ALMOST
RUN OVER ME. STILL MOVADO HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO.

i agree with zagga zow. movado is promoting pure badness. thats not wah yu call good music. beenie man is a legend, him sing hip hop, right back down to soca. all movado do is sing bout pum pum and gun. thats what mashing up pure jamaica. its not like im not proud of movado him just need fi chill with the gun thing, sing a song bout love

zagga u is real assole to u beenie man neva do nothing wrong yet..as for u kerry beenie nu sing gunman song to all a beenie fans is sum bias p@#$yole.i respect beenie man as a good stage performer but him is not the best artist
