beenie_charts.jpgReports in the media claimed that Beenie Man was detained in England up on arriving on Thursday on Thursday. Beenie who was coming fresh from a European tour was due to perform at Irie Jamboree last night.
Yardflex want them to give us the 411 on whether or not he was at Jamboree.

He got detained at Gatwick airport by immigration and was held at a detention centre over night and brought before the UK high courts the next morning for not paying his child support! Hear seh when he get released he a try beg free weed! a wha dat?

how uno suh mix up. lol. however he was at jamboree and he did a great performance. now i have a big problem... was anyone at jamboree when the fight broke out? all of my leg cut up, and my friend lost everthing. i love movado but from him start dj is pure fight and they tried to play it off like nothing happen, whereas people were trampled on etc. the peramedics were great and so were the police but i dont think the promoters did a good job in terms of secuity. anyhow the show was great besides the fight.

I can"t understand how music and or a performer such as Mavado should be responsible for stampede or any disorder as such. I love the artist and have nuff respect for him and his music just like many others therefore, we have to learn to control the violence or the city will shut down the shows....it won't be the first. Big up to Mavado, Coca Tea and Sizzla they stole the show, nuff respect to all a uno
