Don denies phone in rectum
 While incarcerated at the Horizon Remand Centre, for violating the conditions of a bail agreement, Miller's person, as well as his cell, were searched. The police reported that two cellphones were discovered in both his body and cell, along with a phone charger and a tub of Vaseline. Miller is to be charged for possession of contraband.
In a scathing letter to the STAR, the inmate vehemently denies these charges. Firstly he states that he could not have been searched by the police in the section of the prison where he was being held as that section is controlled by the JDF, and the police have no authority there. Also he stresses that absolutely no phone was found on or in his person or his cell. He claims that the report was published to mar his sexuality which he emphasized as being undisputedly heterosexual.
He questions the report by asking; how it is possible that the person who conducted the search told his lawyer that no Vaseline or cellphone was discovered in his cell? Why is it that the person who claimed to have conducted the search is "unnamed" in the report?
Does the person who allegedly removed the contraband from his body have medical training to perform such operations on inmates? Finally, why wasn't he taken to the hospital to 'pass out' the contraband as is the procedure for drug mules?
Notwithstanding Miller's letter, Karl Angell, Director of Communications for the JCF, said that the police are sticking to their report and Miller is yet to be charged for the incident.

Who da hell is Miller? Y when Yardflex do these type of stories they are not as informative as they should be? At least give some back ground of the patrons....jeez.

I dont support these type of guys in jamaica for the crime that they have commented but ,i just dont believe this story .There is no way that cell phone could be remove with a medical doctor and from the statement there was none .Jamaican police are all screwed up ,personally this should not ruin is reputation as being gay .LET THE GUY DO THE TIME FOR THE CRIME HE HAS DONE AND HOPE THAT HE WILL LEARN FROM HIS MISTAKE AND BECOME A BETTER CITIZEN

but i must say SOME OF THEM JAMAICAN POLICE A LIED
and the man ( mr. miller) have a good point... why them never take him to the hospital???? who would be so bold to take a cell phone out of a man a*ss?? thats not police work...lol

Anybody who believe in this story don't have no common sense. First of all, the man was not taken to the hospital for X-rays, so who X-ray that them a show. If a cell phone was actually up this man butt he would have to go to a hospital to have it remove.
The X-ray is not even of a human being. There is no hips or anything that looks like legs.

I heard that after searching the cell the gang leader was in; the police officers found one cell phone.It was when they were about to leave however that they heard the phone ringing and upon further search they discovered that the phone was inside the guy.
Now i heard the guy trying to make an alibi by saying that if the fone was indeed in his rectum why they never took him to hospital to have it removed in the same way that they would have someone with cocaine pellets in their system....The simple answer is that the fone was just in his rectum ..no need for hospital ...it can be easily retrieved.
People need to understand that guys in prisons do strange things to get along.

as a exsoldier who works in most of z prisons down a yard i can assured all z ppl dem who is saying thats not possible thats those kind of practice is regular in prison and all z tugs dem know thats a fact because as a don u need to av u contact on road and from z warders police r soldiers not working with them they av to get it there ways. to say him is a batty man might b too negative but now again a nuff shotta a fuck batty hard down a yard yow and dats a fact.so u cant swear fi a man theses days ......bigup z realman marvin hagler real don a jail youth...dat me seh

I dont know what to believe if this story is true or not but which police would like to see a man pushing out a cell phone out they *SS some people in jamaica need to be wiser
