Andrew and Wada Blood - "Hustle Til The Day That I Die"
Andrew and Wada Blood 'Hustlin to the Top' doing well
Andrew and Wada Blood's new single 'Hustle Till The Day I Die' has been enjoying good rotation on the airwaves, in the weekly hot street dances like Bembe, Weddy Weddy, Asylum, Dutty Friday, Passa Passa, Hot Mondays and Uptown Mondays.
The spin off for the blood brothers is that they have been receiving a lot of requests for dubplates from both the local and international sound systems. Andrew and Wada who were recently in St Thomas, US Virgin Island for the Heineken Green Synergy competition said they got the surprise of their lives when they drew for Hustle. "Can you imagine how surprised we when when the crowd started singing along word for word," Andrew commented.
Wada and Andrew Blood have been heavily influenced by their father, Junior 'One Blood' Reid, but have an extremely different style from him. Their music is described as a cross between hip-hop, dancehall and reggae ballad, which gives the young Bloods their uniqueness.
The brothers will be heading off this weekend for Miami where they will be performing on The Best of the Best.
