The festival will take place in the picturesque Queen Mary Park, under the beautiful Southern California sunshine, overlooking the ocean. The environment at Queen Mary Park as Adamari's CEO, Mr Solomon "Flexxus" Joseph says, "is going to be reinvented". The park will consist of a huge main music stage, Caribbean restaurants and cuisine area, Reggae clothing, music, craft and souvenir stores and a Dancehall sound tent, with music from LA’s top selecta’s. The event strongly supports LA's local reggae artists, DJ's and vendors.

The event will host a diverse cultural audience of thousands of people.
