Reggae Symphony a hit

edit_reggae_symphony_08.jpgVeteran entertainers Freddie McGregor and John Holt wooed patrons at 'Reggae Symphony' held at the Broward Center for the performing arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 20.

Billed as an evening of classical reggae, the two were in their glory as the large crowd danced and sang along as they delivered hit after hit.

Grammy nominated reggae ambassador, Freddie McGregor, who was the first performer of the evening was charming, hilarious, professional and sassy as he delivered his catalogue of hits including "Big Ship" and "Push Come To Shove."

Reggae pioneer John Holt later increased the voltage to full power leaving the crowd wanting more. Freddie McGregorand John Holt were accompanied by the silky-smooth sounds of the New York Symphony Reggae Strings Orchestraas well as the accomplished Lloyd Parks and We The People Band.
