Heavy hitting talent for McDonald's Gospelfest '08
Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin and The Mighty Clouds of Joy join the New York Tri-State for McDonald's Gospelfest 2008. The mega music festival returns on June 14, 2008 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
McDonald's Gospelfest is a talent competition that features choirs, steppers, praise dancers, soloist, rappers and poets. Rising stars will compete in a variety of categories and share the stage with Gospel's finest.
Celebrity Gospel artists include Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Choir, Byron Cage, Vicki Winans, and Cissy Houston. Emmy Award winning A. Curtis Farrow has been tapped to produce and direct the festival.
