Well, well, Macka need fi guh sidung...she is no competition for D'angel. Kuh Macka! LOL, mi love har vibes, but when it comes to fashion I think she need fi leave dat alone...Ok let's break it down..
Macka too dark fi dat hair color, shi doah have di body fi dat outfit and di makeup a bit too light fi har skin tone, and she gotta control that smile, too much teet' man.
D'Angel on the other hand looks fine, except for the hair roots.

Angel should know to dress better. That dress is for someone with boobs. Its a nice dress but would look much better if she had some breasts to put in it.
Macka dress is really nice. It looks nice on her. But the hair is too much.
Picking from these 2 pictures, I would say Macka. But overall dressing for both ladies, neither one dresses better than the other.

All I have to say is Macka, if you plan to wear a see through dress wear a bra, your breasts are sagging and if you cant wear a conventional bra under that monstrosity you call a dress, then wear press ons. Still Macka looks happy and contented in her face and that is the only thing saving her. D'Angle looks good, she is back to her pre-baby size and her makeup is done wonderfully. Can't say I am loving either of their hair-dos as I am not into the false hair thing, but D'Angel is the winner in this one, and rightfully so , she is the birthday girl. Happy belated D'Angel.

To Ingrid and Jermaine. I don't think its cost of the dress because you can buy a dress for $5.99 and it don't look it on the person thats wearing it. Sharon Stone once wore a gap shirt to the grammy and it was less than all the worst dress stars who paid couple hundred dollars for their dress, so even if Macka dress cost more she don't make it look like a super star, However D'Angel looks like a star and she is making the dress shine the dress is not making her. I'm sure she could wear nothing and still be better dress than Macka. Best dress goes to D'Angel so far she always stand out.
