Duppy caught on tape in Tivoli Gardens
Big Up Dudus who recently celebrated his earthday on the 13th of March. YardFlex understand that he had two hot parties, one on Thursday night and the other on Sunday.
The Sunday night jam lasted until 10:30 am Monday morning and was a 'sell off' event. This was more so an eventful morning, as a ghost, it is alleged who was enjoying the music saw it fit to make a cameo appearance through a window of one of the high rise building in Tivoli.
According to various news reports, persons from the community are speculating that this ghost is one of the five youths recently killed in the community.

Me a watch did video an a draw all sort of conclusion bcz i dont know what happen. It look like a pants but where it drop, then if the person weh a video see di duppy then how cum da person deh no stop video. me lost where the video is concern. watever it is, I am happy i don't live there or have to go there for no reason at all.
I only hope it no start molest the people dem of the community.
I would love to meet di person weh video it, bcz I only ave one question for that person, "how yu continue videoing after seeing the duppy"? i guess it was not a duppy, but something else.

that just look like a clitch in th evideo cause i freeze framed it and only one part in the video it can freeze........ anyways i dnt believe in that sort of stuff so it lucky

sorry to disappoint anyone but i wired back my computer to play this slow mo and it comes out of nowhere then freeze frame and zoomed in the image its sharp to be a duppy an if it was it would of appeared frizzy like the rest of the clip now look at the video again between 11-13 secs the guy walks over before the image appears not as the image appears this is probably a prank and the man
is being paid or watever but this isn't a duppy just an effect or a glitch look at speed of the "duppy" chances are someone called the guy on the roof and ask him to call someone else thats why he pointed and someone thought it would be funny to put it there
