Hill to play Rita in Bob Marley's biopic
 YardFlex understands that Rita is desperate for singer Lauryn Hill to portray her on screen in the first ever biopic of her late husband, reggae icon Bob Marley.
According to pr-inside.com, Marley is working as executive producer on the big screen adaptation of her 2004 autobiography No Woman No Cry: My Life With Bob Marley - and has her sights set on casting the former Fugees frontwoman, her daughter-in-law, in the chronicle of her tumultuous 15-year marriage to the musician.
She explains, "Lauryn would be ideal (to play me). She sees my life as her life." Bob Marley's son Rohan - with former lover Janet Hunt - is married to the Everything Is Everything hitmaker, who has been
largely absent from the music scene following her hit 1998 debut solo album The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill.
The as-yet-untitled project is slated to begin filming early next year (09).

I still think this Biopic, is such bullsh*t. Let di man live tru him music, instead of trying to make money with another movie. Still ah good ting jamie foxx aint playing bob..

if Lauryn cant play her self being Lauryn hill how will she play Rita a true warrior when it come to woman and the understanding of man kind, Lauryn hill is so dam disturbed for what only the father know, and she is going to play Rita, this will be a good transformation for her if she could pull it off, she always wanted to be down hear is your chance Lauryn go get it, i personally know she can do it because she is the shyt, but due to what i have seen from her multiple personalities i must say i have doubts, but ms hill u can do it and shock the world, iam talking movie awars and all that, show them how u get down Lauryn.

out and bad.... stop acting like u know Lauryn, bout multiple personalities, Lauryn a live her life, touring, and taking care of her children. Stop following Wyclef. There's nothing wrong with her. Wyclef has been jealous of Lauryn for a longtime. Don't act like u know her because u don't.

Lauren is my girl. love her album love her as an actress. But rumours is a powerfull thing, couple years ago I heard that they had broken up because the man went and got another girl pregnant and left Lauren, thats when she alledgly went insane. Now this report says they are married

yeah Lauryn make the biggest mistake getting involve with Wyclef and the lowest Marley brother Rohan, everyone who knows Rohan knows he a sick crack head and Wyclef too is a crack headm, ms ting don't talk with u don't know, wyclef and Lauryn like brother and sister, did u know they use to deh together. Update fools, L just deliver and beautiful baby, and who's the father....... just wait and hear. Big surprise. stop follow rumors, the girl is doing her things properly. Big things to look for from L in the 08 check it.

First ting: Why Rita nuh just greenlight a biopic about Bob Marley? Why it haffi be about herself? I don't like this approach. I'm sure she want healing from Bob gyallis ways, but a biopic should really be about him, not her.
Plus, Lauryn Hill look way too good to be Rita.
Second ting: Lauryn kinda fall off. I don't think she is her former self these days

I just did a search online and it says she gave birth to her fifth I repeat fifth child with Rohan Marley, damn why she having up them kids like that. Nobody tek me on because I love Lauren hill as an artist, but she look terrible since of late
