Rihanna and Chris Brown in Barbados

The "Rihanna Day" ceremony was extraordinary. It started off when the Minister of Culture for Barbados, Mr. Steve Blackett read a proclamation before a packed crowd and a live TV audience which made Rihanna an official Ambassador of Barbados for Youth Affairs.

But that's not all, MediaTakeOut.com has learned that along with the title, Rihanna was also granted a piece of land in the exclusive and ritzy Apes Hill of Barbados.

Then, after the formal part of the ceremony was done, MediaTakeOut.com learned that Rihanna's boyfriend Chris Brown was invited on stage to help the Bajan superstar cut a birthday cake.

It's official, these two are our new favorite couple.

Chris is so so wonderful. And to choose a mate with problems in her childhood, which he also had, and one that is not on drugs, overly sexual in her performing and is just a nice person, like himself...makes him tops in my book. I hope all his teenage fans are extremely happy for him. It's sick and twisted when kids today can't enjoy an entertainer for the musical or acting ability and not get carried away in obsessing about a relationship with the person. Where did we go wrong???

I dont know if they are to gether or not they were both asked at the concert and they both did not answer... yes they cut the cake but there was nothing sweet and romantic about it.... chris did not even want to come on stage he had to be severly coaxed...... i know this cause i was there....i dont know how they can be so certain.... nothing was done in barbados to confirm a romantic affair.....

i personally do not like da whole idea of rihanna and mr. sexy chris brown together i think that they cud never be meant for each other they are very odd and on top of that what;is she like totally over wiht j z. i hate her she doesn't do much for the caribbean and i think if chris brown now knothat the caribbean exists he shud try do give something, like a show to his fans cause i love him very much
