"If we don't protect them who will" - Please Protect our Future
 Many times we pray and ask God for homes, cars, jobs etc and even children, but are we prepared to take the responsibilities they come with? Think about it.
We have to put our emotions aside and our dreams most times; while all our efforts and endeavours are focused on making our children's lives ok. I guess this is not the case for some people...because 33 year old Shanell Monique Mosley, who was very fortunate to give birth to eight children, took up herself and flew to Africa to marry a man she met on the Internet.
Now it is reported that she left her eight children with little food and no money on December 31, for Nigeria, telling her 15 year-old daughter she would return in a month. Mark you, the children are ages 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 15 and 16; how can you leave eight kids behind to fly across the globe to hook up with some virtual stranger you met on the internet in Africa? This is beyond crazy.
Her 9 year-old son told authorities he and the baby ate a still-frozen
pizza for breakfast on the morning they were discovered home alone. There were no diapers, baby food or formula for the infant, no sheets on beds and fruit was rotting in a basket.
She was arrested by authorities as she got off an Air France jet Monday at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and charged with child endangerment and child abandonment for leaving the children in squalid conditions.
I hope she gets a chance to think carefully about her actions.

Like Wow! What a bad judgement she made, and it seems like her judgement was not influence my drugs or anything. She did this all for a Man, wait nuh man nuh deh ah JA. Based on the fact that I am trying not to Judge, I will only say, she definitely display some Bad & Idiotic judgement here.

Shanell Mosley is without comparison. She needs immediate psychiatric evaluation and all her children should be removed from her care forever. She also needs to get her tubes tied ASAP. I pray for the 8 children she already has, only God can guide and deliver them. Shanell only a brain transplant will help you, you are beyond redemption. Any woman who would leave eight children for a month without any supplies or resources to sex a man half way across the globe do not deserve the privilege of being a mother. Are men that hard to find in the US that women need to resort to this? You wanna tell me she couldn't have gone down to a bar one Saturday night and have a one night stand. This woman do not know what being a mother is, she is just a breeding bag, looking for another pole to stuff down her you know what. Jesus take the wheel.

I think we should give her a chance, we as human are not perfect we made mistake and we do learn from them I guest she have learned from her mistake and will do better, when one don't learned from their mistake then something is totally wrong. she can now make it up to her kids, people should not be quick to condem

My God, why is everyone bashing this woman like this. She has all these kids, no one to help her she meets a man, probably thinking that she would better be able to provide for them.. the fare is not cheap to go to africa, so i am sure the man probably helped her to come.
It is bad judgement to leave the children unattended, but no one is asking the question of where is the father of these children? She didn't get herself pregnant?

U see I must agree SHE LONELY with the 8 kids & TIRED A PEOPLE CHATTING HAR LIKE WE DOING NOW and just thought its possible to find love elsewhere as everyone a Farin a judge har.. I think she returned after she marry di man over there I dont think nothing went wrong just dat she come back to sort out things & was going back...

THIS IS REALLY A SAD SITUATION. I THINK SHE MIGHT HAVE HAD THE FIRST CHILD AT ABOUT 18, AND KEPT ON HAVING MORE AND MORE. NOW SHE WANTS TO HAVE THE ROMANCE AND DATING THAT SHE MISSED IN HER TEENAGE AND YOUNG ADULT LIFE. HERE IN TORONTO THIS VERY WEEK A PERSON (I AM ASUMING THE PARENT) THREW A 10 MONTH OLD CUTE BABY GIRL (SHE LOOKS MIXED) IN THE STAIRWAY OF A SHOPPING MALL. A PERSON FOUND THE BABY FACE DOWN IN THE STAIRWAY AND HER FACE BLOOD UP FROM THE CUTS SHE GET FROM BEING THROWN ON HER FACE. NO ONE HAS COME FORWARD AND PO PO SEARCHING FOR THE PARENTS.
THESE ARE INDEED THE LAST DAYS THAT WE READ ABOUT IN THE BIBLE.
REASONINGS: FAT OR NOT WRONG ACTION IS WRONG ACTION IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SIZE OR COLOUR OR GENDER ETC.

no offence tony but i can only assume that you dont have children, how can you leave 8 children and gone go look man. is probably dat mentality mek her have 8 children that she cant look after. i hope they send her to jail and maybe a family member will take dem in and give dem a better chance at life than she clearly can. if you dont want dem dont have dem but u if u do remember children are a blessing and are not here for people to abuse.
