Danger Zone has released another hit-making rhythm called "Payback". It comes on the heels of their successful "Jamdown" rhythm. Produced by Jigsy King and Delmar 'Della' Drummond, the new rhythm has 19 hard-hitting dancehall tracks with a few slow grooves intermingled.
Featuring some of Jamaica's hottest dancehall names, "Payback's" 19 tracks rest firmly on a rhythm that is not as high tempo as some of the popular beats today. Touted as one of the best that Danger Zone produced this year, "Payback" is riding a successful wave making it the dancehall rhythm to close off the summer.
Starting off with the indomitable Ce'Cile, "Payback" contains a good balance of youth and experience. Veterans featured include, Buju Banton, Beenie Man, Danger Zone's own Jigsy King and the up and coming star Cutty Corn.
Dancehall staple Vibez Kartel also make an appearance along with Elephant Man, Sizzla, Ras Fraser, Lukey D, Ginja, Mr Easy as well as Peppa featuring G Mafia. Capelton does his fare share with three tracks on the rhythm. "Payback" also features the much-anticipated return of Frisco Kid.
Breaking ground in the Caribbean. The rhythm is set to take off and will be aided by co-producer, Jigsy King's resurgence on the music scene with his new hit "Pon De Ends" Produced by DJ Sparks of Zip Fm.
