Happy Earth Day Elephant Man
 
This was the common phrase last night, September 11, 2007 at Elephant Man’s Earth Day Celebrations in Kingston. What a party it was – coinciding with the Ethiopian New Millennium celebrations – it was the cherry on top. Elephant man was lauded with good wishes by one and all and he was in a jovial mood, all decked out in a serious gold studded white outfit and wicked shoes too.
Sending out the most moving message of the evening, Ele's 13 year old daughter took the mike to introduce herself and wish her dad a very Happy Earth Day. Flanked by well wishers including, Kip Ritch, Blasse, John Hype, Shelly Belly, Kid Corrupt, MOB, Harry Toddler and many more, Ele often hung onto two bottles of the finest in champagne.
The DJ spinning tunes made sure to big up Elephant Man's mother, saying that without her none of this would be possible. He also honored Ele’s ladies and baby-mothers emphasizing the need for each one to know that "Everything cool," with no need for any contention on that night.
