Love Is Gonna Keep Us Together
There is a lot that I could say about Chrisinti, but most of you already know how soulful his voice is (that rootsy, bluesy thing he does), great live performer, etc., ...none of it would be unexpected or inaccurate. Still, before I was co-owner of a record label, I was a music lover. So, music fan to music fan, LOVE IS GONNA KEEP US TOGETHER is a record that I lovingly share with you.
From the moment I heard Chris singing the hook in the studio and saw YahBreeze laying the track I felt something about this song. Even though it's a love song, it's also a message that is true for everyone. No matter the crisis, no matter the drama, no matter the messed up things we say to each other sometimes (because we feel messed up and misery loves company) - the reason we keep coming back around to hope is that we were born with an innate desire to connect with someone or something on a universal level. Music does that at it's highest vibration. Underneath that jaded expression, I think you feel me (Jah know we ain't in it for the money).
The single has been gaining spins on the American Blues Network and is in medium rotation on 20 other urban format stations across the Southern United States.
