RAS PTAH COMES TO TELL EVERYBODY, HE'S BACK
 Ras Ptah ak.a Galaxy P has been blazing a fire in recent times with a bunch of new hits that have grabbed the attention of dancehall fans everywhere.
Known for the hits like 'Ms. Goodie Goodie' under the name Galaxy P, he has since changed his name to Ras Ptah as he has adopted a Rastafarian lifestyle. Amun means self-hidden essence of all things, Ra denotes the sun god, and Ptah represents the physical of all things.
He has a slew of new songs that are blowing up all over the radio such as 'Prettiest Gal', 'Tree Limb', 'More Wood' on the Taxi label, 'Shake Baby Shake' for Ward 21, 'Run Now No Fool' and of course, 'Tell Everybody' on the Breath of Fire rhythm. A video was shot for 'Tell Everybody' recently, and plans are well advanced to shoot 'Prettiest Gal as well.
"Mi come back fi the gal dem ting billias, sikka than before," he said.
He performed at Anthony B's album launch last week and he will be one of the feature acts on a show called 'Tell Everybody' in Philadelphia on December 22.
He has also taken issue with Fantan Mojah's repeated references to Macka Tree
"People always ask me if he really comes from Macka Tree but mi no know him, he doesn't come from the community and he keeps saying Macka Tree family, I don't know if is a controversy him a try create," he said. "But me come from the real Macka Tree."

Keep up the good work Ras Ptah, I am loving the music that u have out now! Especially "Life So Hard" on the Amplex Label. I can't wait to see what else you have in store for us ur fans!!

I think for RasPtah to garner renewed energy from Galaxy P's fans, he needs to do a comprehensive media campaign to highlight his change in philosophy. With the right approach he should have an impact.

I HAVE NOW THIS YOUTH FROM HIM WAS NOT A RASTA,BUT IT SEEM LIKE JAH WAS NOT ANSWERIN HIS PRAYER.SO HE DECIDED TO RAS & CHANGE HIS NAME & START TO MASH UP THE MUSIC INDUSTRY STR8.

I love your songs they just gives that vibe where u can stopping listen to them.I find my self listening to your music before i retire to bed and trust thats a good thing cause i dont usually do that.I guess i trying to say that im your biggest FAN.
