It is extremely disappointing and very upsetting that gays, or any one group of persons should take it upon themselves to affect or control the income of another because they hold a particular view. Buju Banton has expressed his opinion. It is somewhat radical, granted, but he has not extended it to affect how or where they work and earn a living. As stated in the article, doing so is equal to stating that anyone who listens to reggae is a ganja smoker, or anyone who listens to dancehall is a gay-basher, or anyone who listens to electronic music is a pill-head. The plain fact of the matter is that there is not a problem in Jamaica with GAY beatings or murders. Beatings and murders do occur, yes, but not exclusively to gays.
