Buju Goes on 25-City European Tour

Buju_yardflexA.jpgGargamel Music, Inc. is happy to announce that international Dancehall & Reggae icon Buju Banton aka Gargamel has embarked on a 25-city European tour that kicks off tonight in Amsterdam, Holland and will travel to parts of England, France, Germany, Belgium,
Holland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Italy and Switzerland.

Banton is expected to perform favorites from his extensive catalog of hits as well as songs from the highly anticipated dancehall project, Too Bad, slated for release late this summer on Gargamel Music, Inc.
The label recently dropped exclusive 12" vinyl Featuring two scorching singles from the new album: "Fast Lane" is a classy confabulation that boasts a more reflective Buju chatting lyrical verse over an unconventional riddim steeped in jazzy, rare grooves.
"Nothing," produced by Banton and his Gargamel production crew, is a hardcore dancehall gem already creeping onto the Jamaican charts and sure to please club-goers worldwide.

It's been a stellar year for Buju Banton, who was named "Comeback Artist of the Year" by the award-winning Jamaican Observer newspaper and nominated for two International Reggae & World Music Awards (Best DJ/Rapper and the Haile Selassie Award for Spiritual Service Through Music). Buju is also presently featured on the soundtrack for hip-hop film Waist Deep with Def Jam recording artist Sam Scarfo on
the fresh hip-hop/ragga banger "Who Want It."

I was in Germany in late June for world cup, and I kept hearing a Buju song being played that I've never heard before. I don't know what it was called, but it was very uplifting and had a crossover type sound to it. Anyone know what it might be called?

-peace-
