Twenty-five-year-old Fabian Skervin and his girlfriend Nekia Thompson are each charged with two counts of murder and one count of robbery with aggravation.

Thompson was questioned by the police on Monday and was charged Tuesday.

Her boyfriend was charged last week.

Thompson's attorney Hensley Williams reportedly asked the court for the matter to be called up at a later date as the necessary files were not available and full disclosure was not made.

They are to return to court on March 1 when it is expected that a bail application will be made.

Skervin and Thompson were picked up during a police operation in Seaforth on February 7.

The woman was released and later taken back into custody and both were subsequently charged.

Eighty-one-year-old Melbourne and 70-year-old Etta were found dead in their house with their hands and feet bound on the morning of January 9.
