The entertainer's attorney Bert Samuels has received a monetary offer from the Dominican Government for the deejay and his team who were wrongfully denied entry to that country.

The settlement follows an ongoing case stems from an incident in 2014 in which Tommy Lee and three members of his team were barred from entering Dominica following protests from organizations such as the Dominica Association of Evangelical Churches who claims Tommy Lee Sparta's music glorifies Satan and promotes lawlessness and violence.
