The decision was made Wednesday at a committal hearing, at the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court in Half-Way Tree, to determine whether there was sufficient evidence for the matter to go to trial. The revelation comes a week after another rape charge against Creary - for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl at an apartment in Meadowbrook - was dropped.

On Wednesday, Creary was brought before the court on charges that he had sex with a 15-year old girl in a St Mary apartment after plying her with alcoholic beverages. Williams was charged with aiding and abetting and sexual touching.

Creary and Williams were re-offered bail in the same terms and condition of the previous bond. Court files reveal that the Creary was offered bail in the sum of $2 million with one or two sureties while Williams was offered bail in the sum of $1.2 million under the same conditions.

Last Thursday, in the case regarding the 19-year-old, the prosecution asked that a no order be made in the matter. In asking for the case to be dismissed, the prosecution said that the complainant had left the island, that the Crown doesn't have a contact number for her and that it has no reason to believe she's returning.
