vybz-kartel-photo-24.jpgAfter only one week, Vybz Kartel has racked up more than 700,000 views on YouTube for the video for 'Fever', the first single from the deejay's 'King of the Dancehall' album.

The raunchy video, directed by Jay Will and Game Over, features a girl in heat because of her lust-induced dreams.

King of the Dancehall was made available for pre-order on May 6 exclusively on iTunes. Distributed by Zojak World Wide, the album will be available exclusively to Apple Music subscribers on June 3, the same day the third instant-gratification track, Colouring This Life, will be offered in the iTunes store.

Apple Music will offer exclusive streaming one week before the 14-track album is available for download June 10, a service usually reserved for major label artistes.

King of the Dancehall contains never before released tracks from Vybz Kartel, all recorded by the prolific artiste before his incarceration, according to a press release. The album is a collaborative effort between Adidjahiem Records and TJ Records.
