Bunny Wailer, Copeland Forbes honoured by Hartford, Ct

The presentations were made Immediately following a blistering two hour performance by the living legend Bunny Wailer who was making his first-ever appearance in the city of Hartford on a 23-city-tour of North America in celebration of the 40th anniversary of his first solo album "Blackheart Man" released by Island Records in 1976.

The presentations were made by Veronica Airey-Wilson, Marva Wilks, Phyllis Airey and Velma Simpson on behalf of Council woman RJO Winch of the Court Of Common Council in Hartford, CT.

Promoter Ardie Cuban Wilson was also honored with a plaque for his contribution in the music industry and hosting many Reggae concerts featuring top reggae acts like Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff, Peter Tosh, Dennis Brown, Shabba Ranks, Luciano and Shaggy, just to name a few, and now Reggae's living legend Bunny Wailer.

The New York city show at BB Kings in Manhattan was a sold-out affair with quite a few celebrities in attendance which included the Mayor of New York City, Bill Deblaseo who came backstage and congratulated Wailer on a magnificent show and invited him back to New York.
