dr-luke-kesha.jpgThe Wrap is reporting that amid Kesha's legal battle with producer Dr. Luke, whom she claims sexually assaulted her, his label Sony has apparently decided to drop him.

A source told the website that the situation has become a "public relations headache" for the company.

Many entertainers have publicly voiced their support for Keisha, with Adele, who is a Sony artiste, dedicating her recent awards to the singer. Sony subsequently stated that although Dr Luke was affiliated with the organisation, he was not directly employed by Sony.

Elsewhere, sportscaster Erin Andrews was recently awarded $55 million in the wake of a suit against a man who took invasive videos of her and the hotel that apparently allowed it to happen.
