Morgan Heritage wins Reggae Grammy

morgan-heritage-wins-reggae-grammy.jpgSibling reggae group, Morgan Heritage, have been aannounced as the Grammy winner for Best Reggae Album at the 58th Grammy Awards.

Nominated for the first time in their careers, the group comprises five of the children of veteran regae singer, Denroy Morgan, namely Peetah, Gramps, Mojo, Una and Lukes.

Accepting the award for the group at the ceremony were Peetah, Gramps and Lukes.

The reggae group won for their album 'Strictly Roots', which topped the Billboard Reggae Album Chart when it was released last April.

The 2016 Grammy Awards ceremony was held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
