Curtley Ambrose challenges young West Indies U-19 champions

u-19-cricket-champs.jpgThe members of the West Indies Under-19 team have been implored by one legendary cricketer Curtley Ambrose to strive for success at the senior level.

The former pacer has warned the youngsters against fading into the lost pages of history and has challenged them to build on their amazing achievement.

"This is just the right step in the right direction and I want to say to the young players to remain focussed and continue to play hard so they take the next step up which is international cricket," noted Ambrose who took 405 wickets in 98 test matches.

The West Indies beat India by five wickets to win the Youth World Cup in Bangladesh, having lost in the final in 2004 against Pakistan.
