gyptian-reggae.jpgReggae singer, Gyptian, renowned for his silky smooth ballads, is the perfect embodiment of true Rasta love in his brand new single, Addicted To Your Love, produced by Konsequence Muzik.

Set over a soothing riddim, and tightly locked into a slick groove, the song is as compelling as it is catchy and already music critics are predicting that Addicted To Your Love will be another monster hit from the highly-touted reggae crooner.

Gyptian belts out the catchy hook and the complementing verses with the confidence and credibility for which he is known to deliver his titillating love songs. He has taken the riddim and made it his own, little wonder therefore that the producers have named the riddim after the song. And, with the exception of the single, Shotta, by Guidance, there are currently no plans to release any more songs on Addicted.

"Right now, we are focusing on these two singles," says Alberta-based producer, Tristmar Peart, CEO of Konsequence Muzik. He explained that originally the idea was to have Busy Signal on the riddim, but a friend listened to it and declared that Gyptian was the man.

"Well, it worked out perfect. Although we are new producers, Gyptian listened to the riddim, fell in love with it, and in no time he voiced this song, which we know has the potential to be a mega hit," Peart said.

Addicted To Your Love is receiving love from radio, both in Jamaica and in North America and disc jocks have been pulling it up, a sure sign that they too are addicted.

"Gyptian has done justice to the riddim and as producers we are very pleased," Peart added.
