The King returns thanks to the dismissal of Whitmore!

Marlon King is confirmed among the overseas-based players called for Jamaica men's national senior team's crucial final round CONCACAF World Cup qualifier against Panama away on September 6.

King, who retired from international football late last year, reconsidered that position since Whitmore is no longer apart of the coaching staff.

Also making a return to the Reggae Boyz outfit are Chris Humphrey and Luton Shelton.

King, who is now a free agent after been released by Birmingham City, and Humphrey, of Preston North End, return to the Reggae Boyz after being suspended last year for breaking curfew during the CONCACAF semi-final round qualifiers.

Also expected to return is Jamaica's Reggae Boyz all-time leading scorer Shelton, who was dropped from the squad by then coach Theodore Whitmore.
