1) How does it feel to win the Miss Humanity International pageant?

Winning Miss Humanity International is such a humbling victory; I worked really hard so it feels great that it paid off. This pageant promotes selflessness and humanity, it also enforces the specific obligations that come with being a positive role model and I'm ready to embark on this incredible journey.

2) What were the contestants judged on and going in the competition were you always confident that you would be victorious?

The categories were: swim wear, evening wear, national costume, national culture dance, talent, interview and humanitarian advocacy. I never go into a competition expecting to win because I find that it makes me complacent. I see everyone as competition and that keeps me fighting until the end.

3) What other sectional prizes did you walk away with?

I won best national costume, best evening wear, best swim wear, best interview and continental queen of the Caribbean.

4) You recently visited the Olga Mendez Basic School, what prompted that visit and what was it like interacting with the children.

I'm a proud ambassador of Friends For Education, a nonprofit organization that understands the importance of education. Our youths are the future of this country so we have to invest in them. When I heard about the poor conditions of the Olga Mendez basic school and how dedicated the teachers were, I had to visit for myself. I donated books to all the students and I enjoyed spending time with them, truly inspiring. Today, I'm working on raising money to improve on the physical condition of the school.

5) Now that the pageant is over, what's next for you in terms of fulfilling the goals of your platform?

I will be traveling throughout the world to raise awareness on different issues, specifically focusing on my platform (woman and children world issues). I will also be making appearances and promoting the Miss Humanity International pageant in different countries.
