A 16-year-old girl was raped by a group of men near Alligator Pond in Manchester recently.

It is understood that the teen and her male friend were coming from a football match around 9 pm in the area, when they were attacked. The then men tied and bound the teen's male friend.

Reports are that the teen was taken from the scene and then raped in bushes. The men later escaped from the area. The teen was taken to hospital where she was treated and released. The Alligator Pond Police are investigating the incident.
