On Friday, R&B Grammy winning singer Usher Raymond ended a long legal fight with his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond. The singer was granted custody of his two sons. The Fulton County Superior Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane ruled that the 33-year-old singer will have primary custody of Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond, according to court clerk's office spokeswoman Cherrise Boone. His custody will start September 1.

The singer whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, and Tameka Raymond tied the knot in 2007, they got separated in July 2008 and claimed there was no hope of reconciliation. They have been locked in a custody battle since and the judge finally ruled in his favor after the death of Tameka Raymond's 11-year-old son Kile Glove last month after he was critically injured in a boating accident.
