Kerrie Baylis wins Miss Jamzone

Kerrie Bayliss, who represented Jamaica in the Miss International Jamzone 2012 competition, was crowned the queen of the pack. The 23 year old who just graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in law and is currently working in insurance, went to Guyana earlier in the summer to represent Jamaica in the Miss Jamzone competition. The competition, held annually in Guyana, is part of the country's premier festival, Jamzone Summer Break. Her cultural presentation was described as the highlight of the entire show. First runner-up was Louise Victor of St Lucia, and second runner-up, Trevicia Adams of St Kitts and Nevis.
