Reports are that Reggae artiste I Octane remains in hospital after an asthma attack last week.

The deejay is said to be recuperating, but has been advised by his doctor to rest until further reassessment.

Because of this, I-Octane will be unable to honour some of the commitments he had previously scheduled.

He is expected to make a full recovery.
