Deejay Deva Bratt, was offered bail when he appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

He is charged with indecent assault and assault occasioning bodily harm following an incident on June 1.

Allegations are that Deva Bratt tried to solicit a threesome from 2 women and when they refused he allegedly punched one and inappropriately touched the other.

The matter was reported and Deva Bratt was arrested.

In court yesterday, he was offered 150 thousand dollars bail, and ordered to return to court on October 3.

The entertainer was freed in January last year of a carnal abuse charge, for which he was arrested in 2008.
