Reports are that the Transport Authority was chasing bus that plies that Naggo Head - Spanish Town route, when the bus driver lost control of the bus and it overturned in the vicinity of the Portmore Town Centre killing a student of Ascot High School and injuring many others.

The dead boy is said to be 15 years old Lennox Lloyd. Transport Authority inspectors were reportedly forced to leave the scene after the crowd became hostile.

The driver and conductor reportedly fled the scene.
