Nine-year-old Jeremiah Yson, who was tragically killed when a goal post fell on him at the Saints Peter and Paul Preparatory School in St. Andrew, last Thursday, was buried on Thursday.

The funeral service was held at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, in Kingston.

Tributes poured in for little Jeremiah, as many recalled how he touched their lives in just nine years.

Jeremiah, who was a Grade Four student, was killed after a goal post fell on him during recess at school, last Thursday.

It was the second deadly incident involving a goal post at a school.

Last month, a student died at the Coke View Primary School in Westmoreland, when a goal post also fell on him.
