I tune in to the wisdom of my being.
I enjoy being in harmony with myself and those around me. Yet sometimes I feel a bit off-center or ill at ease. What can I do to return to harmony?
When I feel tense, it is an invitation to listen. I am open to discovering the truth I need to restore myself to harmony.
As I consider alternative ways of responding to challenges in my life, I tune in to the wisdom of my being. I prayerfully consider my choices and listen to how my body responds to each possibility.
I notice when peace replaces tension. Then I know what to do and I take action. Returning to harmony within myself, I create vibrations of peace that resonate with those around me.
Speak the truth to one another, render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace.--Zechariah 8:16
